New boiler takes shape

The boiler is really taking shape now. Byworth Boilers Ltd are well on the way with the construction of the new boiler. On my previous visit there were only flat sheets of steel ready to be rolled and formed into shape. On my latest visit (25th July) the shell had been rolled and welded, the rear tubeplate has been welded into place and the peanut reversal chambers have been fabricatedandwelded to the furnaces.
