Challenge going to Great Yarmouth and London
23rd August 2013

Challenge will attending the Maritime Festival at Great Yarmouth on 7th and 8thSeptember where she will be open to the public. Come and see the refurbishment including our new boiler.Then she will be sailing to St Katharine Docks, in the heart of London for the St Katharine Docks Classic Boat Festival which coincides with the Lord Mayors Thames Festival. She will be there on the 13th to 15th September again open to the public.There are two very important anniversaries we are celebrating this year. It is 40 years since Challenge was retired from duties on the Thames, and it is 20 years since she was saved from the scrapyard by Sir Robin Knox-Johnston and the Dunkirk Little Ships Restoration Trust.
